The first-time home-buyer market is moving quickly so it is important to be prepared and ready to buy. One thing this article does not state is that you need to be pre-approved by a lender before you start looking at homes. By doing your homework in advance and being ready to proceed when you find a home you like, your home buying experience will be positive with many fewer bumps in the road.
