Confident Home Buying: Is This The House For Me?

I think this article makes some good points about buying a new home, especially your first new home. The first-time home-buyer market is moving quickly so it is important to be prepared and ready to buy. One thing this article does not state is that you need to be pre-approved by a lender before you start looking at homes. By doing your homework in advance and being ready to proceed when you find a home you like, your home buying experience will be positive with many fewer bumps in the road. Buying a house is likely the single largest investment you'll make and, like a good marriage, if it's the right one, it may last a lifetime.
